Zhongrun Haiyan Cold Chain Industrial Park is a bulk temperature-controlled commodity trading platform in the Yangtze River Delta, and is currently the largest operating cold chain facility in Jiaxing. It covers five central functions, including all categories of fresh product transactions, frozen product cold chain logistics services, fresh cold chain urban warehouse distribution, international cross-border fresh cold chain logistics services, and supply chain financial supporting services.

The total construction area of Haiyan Park is 38,300 ㎡.

The office supporting area is 4,950 ㎡on five floors, with functions covering reception, office, catering, rest, etc.

Cold storage area: The total construction area is 32,800 ㎡, and the net volume of the cold storage is nearly 338,000 ㎡.

Intention of cooperation in the warehouse area: refrigerated and frozen CD general warehouse; new retail, KA supermarket fresh food, catering, fresh e-commerce CD general warehouse and RCD turnover warehouse.
